AZAMOR Selected Vines 2014 is a specially created blend of “premium” grapes from the Azamor vineyard.
The grape varieties were vinified separately in 10-ton stainless steel tanks for 10 days, at a temperature between 22ºC and 24ºC, with contact with the skins before pressing and then malolactic fermentation began.
Aged for 12 months in our cellar in 15% French and 15% American oak barrels and the remainder in stainless steel tanks. The wine was blended in January 2018 and bottled in September 2018.
